Hi -
Never see any pictures or hyperlinks with the query, but most headrest monitors use RCA cables.

They are very economical and available at a lot of shops, which includes Radio Shack or Walmart.
The issue to consider will be a good shielded cable, so you never get interference from static or any other metals about the cables, and length.
Based wherever the monitors will be set up, you may need to have a pretty very good length cable (ten to 15 feet or even longer).

Good luck

Extra Information:
Okay, that cable is a proprietary cable for a certain device.
It has a video signal splitter, ground and energy cable, and continuous minimal amp cable (attainable to maintain power to a clock and memory).
It most probably has a five-pin connector.

Most likely the only spot to get one particular will be from the manufacturer or a distributor of the device.

I tried a number of searches and could not uncover any issue equivalent to come up.

Yet again, great luck !

How to make an audio input on your vehicle radio

Right here I’m gonna display you how to make an input to your auto radio (head unit) for connecting iPod, MP3 player, DVD, laptop, CD player AKA discman and so forth. Very first you need to have to uncover the tuner. In my example, it’s standing vertically to the principal board, positioned in a shielded case. It’s linked with principal board through soldered pins. I found pins that are audio output from tuner (in my unit there’s a description of every pin). I cut lines that are connecting this output with preamplifier input, with scalpel. Then I mounted a double KIP switch and a 3.5mm female connector for input. I connect input, tuner and preamp input on the switch, so I can switch between tuner and audio input for listening. I know you can use FM transmitter or audio tape with 3.5mm male connector, but most of them make low good quality sound. This is a direct input into your unit with crystal clean sound and the best good quality your unit or supply can supply. You just need to have to place the switch to input, choose the tuner source on your head unit and connect your source. You will hear the sound from your iPod, MP3 player or whatever you connect. The only “poor issue” is that on LCD you can see RDS or frequency of the radio station in background. But this won’t bother you. And, never seek your radio stations due to the fact, even though it is browsing, the sound will be muted. You need to have standard soldering abilities and now what you are doing. I’m NOT TAKING ANY Obligation IF YOU Harm YOUR HEAD UNIT OR AUDIO Supply!!!!!!!!! AND I CAN

What variety of video inputs does your car DVD player have?
If it has an S-Video or a composite video input, then you can.

Issues would be easy if your laptop has an S-Video out, because then you can right connect it to the DVD player (even so you are going to need a S-Video to Composite adapter connect above Composite).

But if your laptop only has a VGA out, then you will need to have a VGA to Tv converter box. These units are usually powered by typical home AC energy, for that reason you will also have to find a 12v DC to 110v AC energy converter adapter as well.

BTW Why do you want to do this ?
